A country with a rich history. A country belonging to the most powerful medieval empire on the territory of the Southeast Asia – the Great Mughals, a country once living under one of the worst tyrannies in modern history – the Khmer Rouge, but also a country of an incredible beauty full of nice people with smiling faces.

Everyone who comes here makes a first stop in the Angkor Wat temple complex and then... My path led to the Cardamom Mountains, to the coastal town of Kampot known for excellent pepper, to another coastal town, Kep, to see fields for salt-mining by desalination of the sea water, and to Sihanoukville, the Cambodia's largest seaside resort.
